So I'm going back to see my fiance next month, for the first time in a year, and my parents told me after their trip to the Caribbean in December (that included a flight to Florida) that the online visa is now being phased in and the green slips of paper for the visa waiver being phased out. With much difficulty, I finally got a Delta representative to get me on the Esta website and give me a step-by-step guide on how to use it (yay for Delta).
So I filled it out (just like on the plane lol only in my pyjamas sitting at my computer) and it crashed twice because I tried to print the page where it advised I do so XD Eventually, I got the approval, and then the page crashed again when I tried to click print again. By this point, it had already come up saying I was approved and that I shouldn't have any problems entering the US. I'm hoping to give my dad the website link and the application number to see if he can print it off at work, but I'm just a little concerned- do I really need a print-out? I would feel more comfortable if I had one, but the computer dislikes it. Does anyone know what I can expect when I go through passport control in the US next month? I'm a little nervous...I was so used to just having all my little slips ready, it was routine for me, and now I'm a bit confused and nervous about the changes....@_@
